Event description

PolandRock Festival – formerly Przystanek Woodstock – is a place where music meets mud. For 16 years, we've been there to feed the festival crowds. 2024 was a special year – it's the 30th edition of the festival – so we've prepared something special, because if you're celebrating a birthday, do it with a flourish!

Our task was not only to feed thousands of people, but also to do it in a way that would be memorable. Our plan? To serve food that would keep festivalgoers coming back for an encore!

Our assumptions

To satisfy the appetites of the participants, we prepared a culinary line-up that was a small festival in itself:

  • Soup
    A culinary tent where the spoon became man's best friend. We warmed the frozen and revived those who had overdone it.
  • Pizza
    Our pan pizza was spinning faster than a vinyl record!
  • Meat & Veg Frying Pan
    A meat pan for those who want to feel the power, and a vegetarian version for those who prefer not to burden themselves before the next wave at the concert.
  • Potato field
    Potatoes in every form, which surprised, filled and made you feel the taste of home.
  • Shitty Breakfast
    Festival mornings can be tough. We know this, which is why our "Shit Breakfast" is the only thing that gets you up earlier than the rockers after the party.

Effects

Throughout the festival, thousands of happy, energetic people passed through our tents. Some said our food was so good they'll be back next year just for it. Our "Shitty Breakfast" was a hit at this year's festival. One thing's for sure – we left attendees smiling and with full bellies.

"Half-Way Catering" at PolandRock Festival is a staple of the program – for 16 years, we've been feeding crowds, pumping up the atmosphere, and making each edition taste better than the last. And now it's time for a well-deserved rest... until next year!
